Every patient's path is different. Dr. Rifai emphasizes conservative treatment first — physical therapy, manual therapy, and strength training — and turns to surgery when it is truly the right answer.

Total hip replacement

Reconstruction of arthritic or damaged hips to relieve pain and restore natural motion, including care for hip fractures.

Total knee replacement

Primary and revision knee arthroplasty for advanced arthritis, using modern techniques including patient‑specific instrumentation.

Revision joint surgery

Complex revision procedures for worn, loosened, or recalled implants — an area where Dr. Rifai has published clinical research.

Arthritis & joint pain

Diagnosis and staged treatment of osteoarthritis, joint effusion, stiffness, and chronic hip and knee pain.

Fracture care

Surgical and non‑surgical treatment of hip, leg, and other lower‑extremity fractures in adults of all ages.

Rehabilitation planning

Structured recovery built around physical therapy and strength training, so patients return to the activities they love.
